On March 5, 2007 Diane "Dee" Louise Kelsey Everett Carhart of Forestdale, MA lost her life in a three car accident. Christopher Parker, also of Forestdale, has been charged with vehicular homicide due to negligence as well as driving on a revoked license. This blog is a tribute to her as we strive to make sure Mr. Parker, who has 4 previous DWI convictions as well as a number of additional driving and criminal charges, is never allowed on the road again.
How do you feel about the 2.5 year maximum sentence for vehicular homicide, which is a misdemeanor, in MA.
Should drivers involved in fatal accidents have blood drawn to check for alcohol or drug intoxication?

- NEW-->May 10, 2009 - Christopher G. Parker to be released from the Barnstable County House of Correction.
- July 27, 2007 9am - Christopher G. Parker due in Falmouth District Court for possible disposition in regards to his DWI charge from October 2006 in Bourne.
- July 25, 2007 2pm - Christopher G. Parker due in Barnstable District Court for possible disposition on Vehicular Homicide and Driving with a Revoked License charges in connection with Diane's death.
